Don’t know if you’ve blogged about this one or not, but I found it rather amusing! http://curbed.com/archives/2011/01/27/venus-williams-puts-a-little-tennis-elbow-grease-into-interior-design.php

After our conversation last week I began thinking that the subject of design thinking vs. design technology should be further explored. With that in mind I began writing, and I’d be interested to hear your thoughts. Warning: part 1 of 3 (to be continued).

Thanks LT I appreciate your post. You are right there is a hidden cost that needs to be considered but lo most folks are simply techno lemmings….”ooooh aaaaah looook it’s bright and shiny and it blinks oohhh aaaah I must have it….they tell me it will make my life easier and my creative output will improve…..must purchase…..must increase debt…..they tell me it will increase my profits”…..on and on we go. Someday the machine is going to look at us and terminate us because our form of technology is outdated.
