Can VR creators design buildings without an Architecture License? Can they call themselves Architects?

Does Health Safety and Wellbeing apply in the virtual realm?

Will self-proclaimed Interior Designers with a flair for C++ have an advantage in the design of virtual spaces over Licensed and Registered Interior Designers who do not?
